Analysis of target market
Today, with the development of economy and the competition of market, it
mentioned us pay more attention on our process of target market which can
push us step to next generation. Basically, based on our plan of target market,
we decided it to four types, there are customers requirements, demographic
segmentation, geographic segmentation, occasion segmentation, and the
follows I will explain why we decided to use it.
Customers requirements
Firstly, based on the customers requirements to target market is a simple to
build our market, nowadays, whatever we are c2c, b2c and b2b, we need to
know customer needs basically, then we can know more details about it, such
as price, brand, size and any special requirement of customers. In truth, we are
able to do the product segmentation as well, based on our online shop, we
divided it to different type to different customers, such as clothes and shoes,
beauty and cosmetics, and electronics and so on , beyond that, we also make
these main class of product into different types which is help the customers
find their needs quickly and easily, from other hand, it also improve our
customers experience and make more profits to us.

Analysis of target market
