“That’s a very good answer Faith.” “Remember class that warm-up exercises and stretching activities reduces injuries while having an activity.” “Why do you think it reduces injuries?” “Yes Diane?” “That’s a good answer Diane!” “Are you tired of jumping?” “It is a good thing that we have warm- up exercise earlier because our topic for today is full of jumping and it is all about the Basic Steps of Tinikling dance. “Who among you students have already performed or seen a Tinikiling dance?” “Ok, for those students who have not seen Tinkiling dance. Here is a vdieo presentation of Tinikling dance. How about what can you say about their movements?” (Students possible answer.) It is important that we do first warm-up exercises before any activity because it prevents severe injuries. (A student will raise their hand.) (Students possible answer.) Warm-up reduces risk of injuries by stretching our muscles for better movement. Yes sir.
