expectancy for females and males is 16 years (8).

resources are iron ore, manganese, natural gas, salt, sulfur, titanium, magnesium, nickel,
mercury, timber (2). Major wheat producer, industrial and energy exporter (2).
Political – The government system is a semi-presidential republic currently engaged
in war with Russia, causing mass war-related emigration and homelessness (2).
Ukrainian healthcare infrastructure has been the target of over 300 Russian attacks,
which has reduced the system's overall capacity (7).
Environmental – Weather is continental with warm summers, hot in the south, and winters
vary from cool to cold further inland (2). Forest clearance, air and water pollution, deterioration
of land,radiation pollution in the northeast, and inadequate waste management practices are
