Q: 1 Write the training objectives for emotional intelligence which is being designed for students……...Etc First part answer: The training objectives are those objectives which are applicant-centered means the participant- centered and routine based objectives….. Means those objectives which are performance based objectives. These are those objectives which are highly focused training objectives which are designed solely for the purpose of student’s trainings. The main purpose of the training objectives is train the individuals on the basis of their emotional intelligence level. The training objectives describes us that in actual can participants be able to perform or do according to their given training objectives and results. Therefore the training objective requires individuals to display their behavior through which they have trained before. A training objective is an explicit planned statement that shows us that what the participants will do to demonstrate his/her behavior after learning from the training events. The training objectives are measurable, specified, and observables. That describes us the actual power of competence of the individuals or trainers that can they perform well according to the demand as if it is required by them from learning activities. Here in these types of cases and scenarios the benchmarks are implemented and the individual’s progress results are calculated and measured by the benchmarks towards their achievements of higher goals and training objectives. Now, I will tell you the objectives which are based on the three main qualities or components of Robert Mager.
