The graph below shows the number of persons that own theelectronic devices over a 15-year period from
2010 to 2025.
It is clear that while the yearlyspending on smartphones and smart watch increased significantly, the
oppositewas true for the percentage of tablet and laptop users tends to decrease slightly.
Following the graph, we can see that smart phones accounted for 40% of all devices in 2010 and will
continue to grow in 2025 (from 40% to 86%). While the number of individuals who use laptop computers
remains unstable. Between 2010 and 2015, the percentage of laptop owners climbed modestly from 60% to
70%, but it fell dramatically from 70% in 2015 to 59% in 2025. In terms of tablet use, the percentage of user
increased from 20% to 60% between 2010 and 2020. Moreover, it is anticipated to fall in 2025. Meanwhile,
the ratio of smart watches has continuously climbed year after year, with an amazing increase from 2015 to
2025 from 5% to 40%
