1. Female, College
The interviewee said that she liked one of her college professors, Madam Aubrey
Gallano, for she was good in teaching and explaining the lesson. According to her,
Madam Aubrey was a happy teacher with good sense of humor. Unlike other teachers,
she mentioned that Madam Aubrey pushed them to be competitive.
2. Female, Senior Highschool
The interviewee shared that she liked the way her teacher motivates them everyday to
love studying and achieve their goals in life. Her teacher always prepares words of
wisdom that really boosts her confidence. Lastly, she said that her teacher clearly explain
the lesson, breaking down the complicated ideas into simple and comprehensible
concepts.
3. Female, Elementary Teacher
In regards with the current issues in teaching and learning encountered by teachers, the
interviewee stated that she finds hard in disciplining students these days. Every students
has its own learning styles and it is a challenge for her to teach effectively. As for
teaching, without audio visual presentations, students are not eager to listen and pay
attention to the discussion. Also, the population of students per class increases thus it is
an added burden on part of the teacher.
