The first screen you’ll see after opening A1 PDF Editor is the Home tab. Along with it at the bottom of the screen are also the Create New button and the Files tab. These three will be one of your main ways of navigating through the app, so let’s Have a closer look at them.
This is the default PDF Extra menu, housing your recently opened files and list of Favourites.
Contains some of the features you’ll be using the most. Features such as camera scanning, creating blank PDFs, and more. Check page 3 to learn more about it.

Once you’ve opened a file, have a look at the top center of the screen. There you’ll find the Viewer, Content Edit, Annotation, and Form tabs. Accessing each of these categories’ features is done from the toolbar just below the tabs.
Now that we’ve covered the basics, let’s have a look at some specific operations you’ll be performing frequently.
To start, just go to the Edit tab and tap on the Text or Images option. Once done, the PDF below will show borders around any editable text and anchors around images or other graphic elements. You can use these borders and anchors to resize or move the fields, as well as edit their contents.
Annotating a text is an excellent way to make the most out of the reading. Annotations make it easy to find important information when you need it. On the top toolbar, you can select Annotate and at the bottom, you can select the color and tool whichever works best for you.
