1. What is your understanding on the term “Data Science”?
Data Science is a field of study that uses scientific methods and knowledge of mathematics
and statistics to extract meaningful insights from data.
2. Differentiate Data Science and Data Analytics.
Data Science focuses on making decision and prediction from data while Data Analytics is
designed to uncover and explain the extracted insights from the data.
3. Differentiate between Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI
Machine Learning is a branch of AI which focuses on analysing data and leverages algorithms
to learn thus improve its accuracy. Data Science is mainly on managing, processing and
interpreting big data to effectively come out of a decision or prediction. AI requires a
continuous feed of data for computer or robot to learn to perform task done by human and
improve decision-making.
