Beckman High School Counseling

Services offered:

• Robert Melendez, Chair of the IVC Counseling Department at IVC
• Provides more than 150 hours of counseling each year
• Examples of topics covered during appointments

 Information about transferability of courses

 Higher education application process

• Many students also participated in the Beckman Early College Program and graduated from IVC

with an AA before graduating from high school
