You have to submit a single PDF (scanned copy of all handwritten pages) file in the Google Form
shared to you.
File name should be in format of <GroupName_RollNo._FirstName.pdf>. E.g.
COE9_101907654_Aman.pdf
No other format of file naming or file type will be entertained.
