What is Required?
• Try to explain which organizational factors (excluding organizational culture)
affect organization’s project management capabilities. Be as detailed as possible.
• Differentiate between project and operations management.
• In lecture 2, we had studied about the organizational culture’s influence on project
management. Can you identify at least 10 different organizational cultural aspects
that affect the project and project management function within an organization?
Use web and available literature and preferably use your own thought process.
• Explain in detail at least one method of project selection that is non numeric in
nature. Your answer must be able to explain how project selection is done using
the model.
