Binocular Compound

Microscope

 Compound microscopes are used to view small samples that cannot be identified with the naked eye. These samples are typically placed on a slide under the microscope.

Digital Microscope

 it has the same functions as a typical compound microscop e. The difference is that instead of looking at a specimen through the eyepiece, the digital microscope uses a digital camera to output a magnified image on a monitor

Stereo Dissecting

Microscope

 Its primary role is for dissection of specimens and viewing and qualitatively analyzing the dissected samples.

Microorganism Incubator

 a device used to grow and maintain microbiological cultures or cell cultures.

Fumehood

 A laboratory fume hood is a type of ventilation system that primarily functions to provide personnel protection against toxic fumes, vapors and dust. Its secondary function includes protection against chemical spills, runaway reactions and fires by acting as a physical barrier.

Water steam bath

 a laboratory equipment made from a container filled with heated water.

 used to incubate

samples in water at a constant temperature over a long period of time

Autoclave

 a pressurized chamber used for the process of sterilization and disinfection by combining three factors: time, pressure and steam  mostly used for the sterilization of medical or laboratory equipment with the capacity of sterilizing a large number of materials at once.

Hot plate with magnetic

stirrer

 is a stand-alone appliance used in microbiology laboratories as a tabletop heating system.  are used to heat glassware and their components.

Centrifuge

 a device that allows the rotation of an object about a single axis, where an outward force is applied perpendicularly to the axis.  The primary application of a centrifuge is the separation of particles suspended in a suspension. It can be used for the separation of cell

under the stage clips on a microscope stage.

Wash Bottle

 A wash bottle is a squeeze bottle with a nozzle, used to rinse various pieces of laboratory glasswar e, such as test tubes and round bottom flasks.

Inoculating Loop

 used mainly by

microbiologists to pick up and transfer a small sample (inoculum) from a culture of microorganisms, e.g. for streaking on a culture plate.

Stirring Rod

 used for mixing

liquids, or solids and liquids. Stir rods are used as part of proper laboratory technique when decanting supernatants because the contact helps to negate the adhesion between the side of the glassware and the supernatant that is responsible for the liquid running down

the side.

Cotton swab

 Used in bacteriology labs for inoculating broths, plated media or for obtaining

Graduated Cylinder

 a common piece of laboratory equipment used to measure the volume of a liquid. It

culture specimens. has a narrow cylindrical shape. Each marked line on the graduated cylinder represents the amount of liquid that has been measured.  used for heating, sterilization, and combustion in a laboratory. The alcohol lamp uses ethyl alcohol or spirit as a fuel.
