As the project sponsor Jane will have a role in promoting, advocating,
and shaping the project. Jane will be informed when the project charter is
created, the Gantt chart is filled in with schedule and milestones, when
testing is ongoing, and when the project is going live. Jane will also be
consulted on the formal budget and budget plan, as well as when the
project will be going live.
Project Manager: John Doe
As the project manager John will be responsible for a vast majority of
the project. His jobs will entail creating the project charter, developing

He will also be informed when the formal budget and budget plan, the Gantt chart, schedules and milestones are completed, as well as the progress of the project, the deliverables, and the final project report are completed.  System Analyst: Shila Cole As a team member Shila will have many responsibilities varying in importance. She will be creating a defined test plan, test scenarios as defined in the test plan, performing integration testing to ensure front- end components and back-end components speak to each other, as well as being responsible for each of these steps. Shila will also be consulted on the scope of the project, the information for the Gantt chart, and the project reflection. She will be assessing and managing the risks associated with the project as well.  Middleware Application Developer: Ana Fischer As a team member Ana will have many responsibilities varying in importance. Ana is responsible for the development of the user interface mockup, creating the architectural design for the front end of the
