1. Which topic within this course has been the most valuable to your learning experience? Homeostasis has been the most valuable to my learning experience because we need to maintain homeostasis constantly in order to properly grow, work and survive so it is essential for normal cell function and overall balance in my everyday life. To maintain internal balance as we age, keep moving, take a short walk each day and gradually increase the time and distance you are walking, do some gentle stretching, drink enough water, get engaged in your community and learn a new skill. 2) How will you apply this topic in real life and in your future career? The study of ideas such as anatomy and physiology can assist one in acquiring a more distinct comprehension of the structure of the human body as well as the functions that it performs. Understanding how the body works and functions will help to take care of the patients I will much better. They will appreciate my knowledge and understanding because it will help them with healing.
2. Which topic would you like your instructor to cover in your final exam review? (If you are submitting after the final exam review session, is there a topic you’d like your instructor to share more information on in response to this assignment?) I don’t really have anything in particular that I would like to go over. 1) Do you have any suggestions for your instructor on how they could help future students like you connect better with any specific difficult topics you’ve noted? I think that my instructor did and excellent job of explaining and making sure that we knew the material.
