Netid: yeruan Door on the first floor of Siebel Center’s Goodwin Street entrance with no office number and description.
Netid: yeruan Elevators in Siebel Center has an Alarm button for emergency, a firealarm button, a a call for emergency button, and a call for help button. This leads to great confusion as to which button to push for what emergency.
Netid: yeruan Power outlets and telephony jacks are placed underneath basement walking ramp in the Siebel center. Do they expect us to stand in the middle of the ramp to use our computers?
Netid: yeruan Basement Computer Lab gives no direction about lighting options. No one is sure which lights they are turning on or off.
Netid: yeruan Thermostats are present throughout Siebel center. While some are placed in the middle of a hallway, no one I know has figured out how to work these things. Assuming central air is being used in this building, why give students false hope that they can change the room temperature?
Netid: yeruan This door in the basement does not look like a emergency door untill you’re about to open it and reads the emergency exit sign. There should have been a EXIT sign placed on top. Once you leave this door, there is no further instruction as to where the actual exit to the outside building is.
Netid: yeruan Fire extinguishers in Siebel center look EXACTLY like power switches also placed throughout Siebel Center. In case of emergency, people would not run to this box for a fire extinguisher simply because on first glace it looks like a switch box instead of a extinguisher.
