Introduction Computerization is a control system that manages processes in industrial workplace. It reduced human errors and processing time, thus it can boost productivity and resulted into high quality of product produce. In Information System, computerization is concerned about interrelating different but interdependent transactions. This can result in a system with well- integrated processes that can perform much faster and more accurate than a manual system. Enrollment is the process of entering and verifying data of student to register on particular school. Different interrelated processes build up enrollment procedures called Enrollment System. Enrollment Systems are used particularly in recording and retrieving student’s information. Tracking student’s information is also one feature of Enrollment Systems, in which the school can trace the standing of a student. Verifying payments was also added to update or browse student’s billings. Online Enrollment System is a good example of a computer generated process. This can lessen the workload and provides accurate information needed of the school. As a result, it will benefit not only the student but the administration as a whole. From kindergarten to college level, students must go to their respective school to submit all their requirements and pay the necessary fees for them to be officially admitted. As years goes by, enrollment system in different schools and universities here in our country has posed problems and inconveniences because it gets time-consuming than before. Students must need to fall in line as early as they

Project context Project Objectives General objectives: The main objective of the study is to develop an Online Registration System Using QR Code to speed up the enrollment process. Specific Objectives ● To provide the solution with their problem on Manual Enrollment System that could make the enrollment fast, easier and safe each enrollment process. Safety store all the records, information, and data of the new and old students. ● To assist the students and staff who are suffering the time consuming, slow, inaccurate and manual enrollment system. ● To propose an Online Enrollment System will lessen the workload and paper works of the employees and to improve the system and procedure of the enrolment process Scope and Limitations Scope of the Project The study will focus on improving the enrollment system of the Immaculate Conception-I College in Sta. Maria, Bulacan with the use of technology. The proposed system allows the students to enter their own information. The system will allow students to fill out the form online, and it will use an integrated validation system to ensure that the data supplied is correct.

The system will only include participants considered a priority group for enrollment, including students, registrar, cashier, and the admins. The system will allow the participants to have the fastest registration process, avoid physical contact, and do the enrollment process online, beneficial in the pandemic. It will also secure all the students' records in one file and make them available anytime and anywhere. Because the major goal of our project is to provide quick access to required information, it may be adopted as the default method of obtaining not only student-related data but any other required information in the future. Similarly, the QR code will be distributed to every student of the mentioned college, making it easier to enroll and access their records without causing any hassle.

It retrieves and collects details of students with enrollment assessment process that produce detailed reports. It may also be use as local and online assessment of the students. The System is design to retrieve and track the data in a faster, easier and safe way by storing file data of the student enrollees inside a database which will lessen the effort of school staff. These details here could be seen in a second without having to worry that the single data lost. It has also functionality that can access through internet that makes students easily view and provide information.

Appendix A How the Project Will Work?

Given the benefits of the QR, the proposed solution, if implemented, will undoubtedly be a godsend. QRID is the subject of the planned project. It is no longer required to bring all of the documentation to the office every time. Simply carry a QR code in your Smartphone or ID card. By using our system, the student goes through the verification process in a reliable and efficient manner. QR code is widely used for implanting messages, and people can easily use their Smartphones to capture the QR code and gain relevant data from an OR code reader. By just registering with the system, users can obtain a QR code.
