System is an automatic feedback generation system that provides the proper feedback to the lecturers as per the categories like very good, good, average, poor and bad. In the existing system students can give feedback about the lecturers by doing manually. By this process student can give feedback in online system without wasting his time in writing. After giving feedback by every student paper are collected by the faculty and calculated the overall grade for each subject and each lecturer. After that those all grade report is viewed by the Head of Department (HOD) which is given by the faculty. Hence estimating the performance of lecturers and giving feedback to college staff. So, the existing system carries more time to do a piece of work for this reason the online system feedback is implemented. This is the main disadvantage of the existing system for giving feedback about the lecturers and viewing report of lecturers manually. Student feedback on courses is an essential element in quality assurance. Questionnaires are of primary importance in the dialogue with students, since they are the best tool, we currently have for collecting objective, detailed and reasonably systematic information on a wide range of questions, which informs the teacher about student’s perceptions of the course’s strengths and weaknesses. Responses are collated on behalf of departments by the system, and will be used only for the purposes of quality enhancement. The aim of this is to save time for staff in academic departments and to allow a minimum level of statistical analysis of the data across the College. This recognizes that whilst the information remains the property of the College.
The existing system is done through the manual process. On the existing system Students can comment on lecturers using paper and pen. After giving the feedbacks about the lectures by the students the feedbacks are collected by the admin. The system decides the
lecturer grade and the grades are viewed by the administration. The administration selects the poor grades of the lecture’s and giving counseling to them. This has many drawbacks and evaluating this hand written forms is a difficult process with the help of Online Student Feedback System, the institutes can access the feedback reports in a faster way and without any loss of data. Student needs to logging into the website of online feedback system and giving his/her feedback and can perform modifications too. With this the student can successfully submit feedback on lecturer’s teaching in a very efficient manner without any loss of data. The administrator and the faculty members can access these feedbacks from the students and take appropriate actions. So, the existing system takes more times to do these works to get feedbacks from the student, to prevent it the online feedback system is introduced in our college. The existing manual system for giving feedback about the lecturer was difficult to manage by the administration thus the online feedback system is introduced to reduce the difficulties. The goal is to design a web & mobile application to get feedback from the students to the system which is called as student online feedback system. In this system the feedbacks help to provide in an easy and quick manner to the college lectures. So, all it as faculty feedback system which delivers via the student staff interface as online system which acting as a service provider. By using this technology can make fast feedback about the lectures by students on time to head of departments as they referred in online system this has three kinds of staff, lectures and administration. The student can give feedbacks through the online to the administration. These feedbacks checked by the administration and lecturers. The administration finds overall rankings and view the standards received from the students, and the administration provide this report to top of the management. When it compares the existing manual system, the online system is very easy to the administration and lectures and also to the students.

I have prepared some questions and got the answers from the person who related with this existing system and collected requirements and test cases. The entire user in manual system had Questionnaires and got the idea of system and did sampling by analyzing reports and documents. I wanted to understand working domain capture problems and weakness in the working domain, I carried out domain analysis to know whole manual system. In this approach l have discussed the different stages of hardware and software requirements of the computerized voting system and have understood its fundamental functions and test cases which I need to implement to satisfy the clients. After a close analysis of samples collection during the problem definition stages, I found all requirements needed for implementation and maintenance of the system.
The main aim of this project is to investigate the use of a tool in the improvement of the quality of the Online Student Feedback system in a College or Faculty with a wide diversity of students.
It is a web & mobile-based application which is helps the admin to manage users and the mobile app helpful to user to add their own feedback. The admin maintain the database of all the users that are serviced and shall be able to send notification to users based on the batch numbers. It has secured access to Admin. The Admin shall be able to keep different users. It is a smart web app which could assist the system admin to keep track of all the events in the feedback system Understand Handbook process and its efficiency of the existing system
It eliminates the manual process by completely digitizing the system. The system makes the availability of the feedback any time anywhere with ease of use and also provides easy and secure storage with access restrictions. The main objective was to create a unique and useful “online student feedback system” with exceptional quality and services that differentiates it from other system. The key feature of the element of this system is: Database Functions Users are broadly classified into 4 categories:
4.1 Admin Can insert/update/delete new student (But, Not Feedback). 4.2 Student Can select the marking criteria. Can give the comments/compliments to the respective staff members. 4.3 Faculty Can view their respective comments/compliments given by students. Can view total evaluated feedback.

First, I gathered details about existing system and I made specification for new system. There are many Fact-finding techniques such as Questionnaires, Observation, Interview, Record view and background reading and Sampling.
