With reference to the e-mail I received, I feel delighted to
inform you that I am applying for the post of President of the
SXC Chemistry club. I think I am the perfect fit for the post and I
will do everything within my capabilities for the utmost
betterment of the club.
According to the people I know, I have excellent
communication skills and I know very well how to organize
people and get their individual abilities working collaboratively
as a team. I feel that I have the propensity to produce and
increase team productivity and motivation. I have always been
able to create excellent relationships with the people I meet,
and I am pretty sure I can do that one more time. It is my
aptitude to convince people and bring their varying ideas and
opinions together for the overall welfare of the team.
I am not just exaggerating about my soft skills but, I also have
the experience to back up my statements. I worked as the
Secretary of the Janamat Children’s Club for three years during
my Lower Secondary schooling. During my school days, I served
as the president of the Janamat JRC (Junior Red Cross Circle) for
two years. I also have the experience of efficiently conducting
various programs and events such as eye camps and blood
donation programs.
