diversity and inclusion. DLS 2015 will provide a select number of undergraduate sudents the
benefit of valuable time with Nestlé recruiters and key representatives for Nestlé's full-time and
internship programs.
DLS is ideal for diverse student leaders looking to learn about career opportunites within Nestle
USA who are committed to getting a head start on their future careers.
If you receive a job offer as a result of interviewing during DLS, you may also be eligible for a
scholarship. The scholarship is contingent upon acceptance of the job offer by the offer
deadline. Scholarship funds are given directly to the candidate's school and contributes toward
their outstanding tuition balance.
2015 Applicant Criteria
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Current undergraduate sophomores and juniors graduating between December 2015 and June
2017.
3.0 GPA or above preferred.
Enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university in the United States, Puerto Rice or
other U.S. territory
Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for employment status (e.g. H-1B visa
status)

internship or full-time trainee programs listed below.

Current Sophomores (graduating December 2016 – June 2017) must be interested in

and eligible for one of Nestlé’s summer 2016 internship opportunities:  Finance & Control Internship  Operations Management Trainee Internship  Supply Chain & Procurement Internship  Retail Operations Center Hispanic Market Internship  Retail Sales Internship

Current Juniors (graduating December 2015 – June 2016) must be interested in and

eligible for one of Nestlé’s full-time trainee opportunities that would begin in 2016:  Sales Development Program (NSDP)  Field Operations Leadership Development Program  Operations Management Trainee Program (OMT)
