1- Six mice are injected with Thiopental 40 mg/kg (three of them by Sc. And three
by IP), while other six mice are injected with Phenobarbital 70 mg/kg ( three of
them by Sc. And three by IP)

3- Record onset of action (in minutes) the time required to loss the righting
reflex(LORR)
4- Record the duration of action (in minutes) the time of sleeping (i.e. the time from
the loss of righting reflex to recovery of reflex)
