own perspective about the importance of dancing hip-hop.

For me, it is necessary to engage into an aerobic exercises like hip-hop

dance because it maintains and improve our body to stay healthy. This activity

improves our cardiovascular health and performance, strengthens our bones,

improves our sleep, and also extends our lives by lowering our risk of various

health disorders such as high blood pressure and obesity. In general, it also

associates to improve our cardiovascular fitness, speed, strength, and our

overall health.
