CS 3750 Homework C
Fall 2006
Hall of Fame / Hall of Shame
For this assignment, you find a really good or really bad UI example – typically not the
entire UI, but one aspect of a UI (which might be a web page, a PDA or other device
interface, etc). This will be your candidate for the HCI Hall of Fame / Hall of Shame.
You explain your submission with one web page (linked into the Swiki at the designated
point). The page will normally have one or two screen shots, and some text explaining
why the UI is good / bad. Relate this back to ideas from class whenever possible.
On the due date, most of you will have the opportunity to stand up in front of class and
present your candidate (we may do a little pruning simply because of time constraints).
The class will vote for the best and worst. The submitters of the winning nominations
will receive 5 extra points on their homework grade.
