Psychoanalysis: Annotated Bibliography I do not have any children of my own, but I do have an abundance of nieces, nephews, younger aunt’s and siblings. All those individuals know that I am a no-nonsense person and that goes back to my upbringing as well as my time within the service and my experience with seeing death on the battlefield. I do feel that talking with several Psychologist throughout my life was indeed very helpful to my overall mental health. I was taught that men weren’t supposed to break down, show emotion, or to feel vulnerable. Those were the total opposite of the psychological elements that allowed me to seek help and free my mind and guilt (to a concern extent) on actions that I have taken in my life.
