Write about what you've read and share what you've learned; how you can relate to the
author, and how you can apply any of this information to your own life.
PUT IN PERSPECTIVE
by Kailen Krame
According to what I understood, you have to start by thinking what you want to change
and make a list of that same thing, and not necessarily focus on whether it's a good thing or
something bad that you want to change, but to write what comes to mind.
We have emotional and circumstantial problems and we can decide how to react to them
and instead of complicating our lives, we can see it from another point of view and react in a
positive way to such an extent that it does not affect you. For example, something happened
recently to me at April Fools. My brother made a heavy joke to me but instead of getting angry I
saw it from a positive point of view and laughed at the situation, as I didn't earn anything by
getting angry with him. And that is the way how I applied this information to my daily living.
We need to change the perception we have about what happiness really is or what we
think is its source. Whether your circumstances, material or personal objects. We have to think
about how we feel whether we are happy or not and what has happened in our daily life to find
the answer. So, based on the answer we must identify whether our happiness comes from
something material, from a person, feeling or external circumstances.
What I think is that if we allow these external factors to control how we feel, we will
never be truly happy. Although they may seem important, they are things that temporarily go
through what relate external factors to happiness, it would also become temporary. Therefore, we

Instead of using circumstances as an excuse to be able to feel stressed or anxious. We can control how we think and react to certain situations; therefore, we can control how we feel about them. It is reasonable to say that because we are the ones who cause most of our own suffering, it is we who can put an end to it. For example, I can change the situation simply through the power of my own thoughts. You have to be aware of situations so as not to worry about what may happen in the future or what happened previously in the past, but to analyze what is going on in the present and give it a solution. Focusing on breathing can be a powerful tool to bring your consciousness back to the present moment. Then, when you find yourself in a stressful situation, you will instinctively know what to do and improve your chances of using the method effectively, by breathing. I can relate myself in this whole situation to the author because I consider these are very good ways to have a good perspective of the situations we pass through our daily lives. I think Kailen Krame is a very positive person as me and helping people who might be lost or do not know what to do is a good way to demonstrate how to share positive vibes and very useful tips.
