Process..barriers..are..the..first..type..of..communication..barriers...These..barri ers..affect..communication..and..hinder..effective..communication..due..to..processes ...Take..for..example..a..message..that..is..not..clear...The..communicator..is..relaying ..a..message..but..because..of..the..process,..the..recipient..does..not..understand..the ..meaning..of..the..message...To..overcome..this..barrier,..we..must..focus..on..clarity..a nd..active..listening...When..a..message..is..clear,..there..can..be..little..room..for..mis understanding...Use..language..that..all..walks..of..life..understand..and..be..specific..i n..the..message...The..recipient..of..the..message..must..also..be..an..active..listener..t o..participate..in..overcoming..this..barrier...The..listener..must..be..attentive..and..pr ovide..feedback..to..the..messenger.
