C- Place of the study: Is the place where the researcher conducts the study or the data is collected. It might be hospital, health care center, university or public place like cafeteria, sport center or shopping center. D- Duration of the study: It starts from the presentation of the protocol till the presentation of the study. E- Method and tool of data collection: What type of instruments was used to collect the data. For example, if the data is going to be collected through a questionnaire format, the questionnaire will be filled by the study participants (self-report method) or by the researcher through a checklist tool (direct observation method), or by directing the questions to the participants (interview). The source of questionnaire should also be declared whether it is developed by the researcher or it is standardized that has been used before. F- Ethical considerations: The submitted protocol must receive formal approval from the undergraduate research committee and for collecting the data an informed consent must be signed by the study participant or by verbal consent G- Statistical analysis: What type of software program has been used to analyze the data and which descriptive and/or inferential statistical analysis parameters have been used
