Enable Room Bounding in the Properties palette for each wall in
the link. Open the link and change the Room Area Computation

Use the Room Separator tool with the Pick Lines option to place
room sepa-ration lines.
Select the linked architectural model, click Edit Type, and enable
Room Bound-
