Introduction
Tour Management system is a dynamic website for tourism business. It is dynamic and responsive web design. It is also called travel technology solution for agencies & tour operation. Nearly Everyone goes on a vacation for this âa Tourism management systemâ would play a vital role in planning the perfect trip. The tourism management system allows the user of the system access all the details such as location, events, etc. The main purpose is to help tourism companies to manage customer and hotels etc. The system can also be used for both professional and business trips. The proposed system maintains centralized repository to make necessary travel arrangements and to retrieve information easily. Tourists are more attractive for cultural diversity of the world. Bangladesh is one of the most beautiful country in the south Asia. Rangamati, Coxâs Bazar, Saint-Martin, Sundarbans, Sylhet, Moulvibazar are the famous tourist place in Bangladesh as well as in Malaysia, Singapore, Bangkok, Maldives, Nepal, India have attractive tourist places.
ï This System help to make strong relationship with customers so that they can enjoy that holiday of their dreams ï This System also helps to develop tourism with different cultures so that they enrich the tourists experience and build pride. ï This System will provide display platform in where a tourist can find their tour places according to their choices. Finally, I can say that This System will provide easy and efficient work for the agency.
Problem in The Existing System
The present systems are inadequate in providing information and advices to the agencies and customers about tour plans. Often agencies are compelled to rely on local information sources and count on their own experience regarding time and cost. Through phone call they have to get information. There are some problems which are existing in my System those are given below concisely. ï There will be many users visiting the portal and hence we require a strong and reliable frontend which can withhold the users on our site. ï We need a strong Database whereas data will be store of everyone.
II. ANALYSIS PHASE
Requirement Analysis
The Tour and Travel Management System is a web based application. The main purpose of âTours and Travels Management Systemâ is to provide a convenient and easy way for a customer to book hotels, flight, train and bus for tour purposes. To run this System, Software and Hardware Requirements are necessary. Requirements which are needed are given below briefly. Hardware Requirements: ï Processor â At least 2.0 GHZ ï RAM â At least 2GB Software Requirements: ï Operating System â Windows. ï Runtime Environment â Net Framework 4. ï Frond End â PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax. ï Back End â MySQL ï Editor Tools â Atom, Notepad ++ ï Other Graphics Tools â Adobe Photoshop. ï Web Browser â Google Chrome, Firefox, or any compatible update browser.
Project Develop Languages
There are two kinds of languages have used in âTour Management Systemâ. One is Programming Language and other is Database Language. Front End, I have used PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Back End, I have used MySQL Database Language in my âTour Management Systemâ ï¶ Programming Language & Markup Language: PHP, JavaScript, HTML ï¶ Color Script Language: CSS ï¶ Database Language: MySQL
