Galen College of Nursing
Final Clinical Evaluation
Identified strengths based on your cumulative daily CET
Throughout this course, I demonstrated a strong willingness to learn and
improve. I consistently came prepared to class, lab, and clinical experiences
and remained open to feedback from my instructors and peers. I worked hard
to develop my assessment skills, medication administration knowledge, and
clinical judgment. I also believe I showed professionalism, compassion, and
respect when caring for patients and working with the healthcare team.
Identified areas for improvement based on your cumulative daily CET
I recognize that there are still areas where I can continue to grow. I would
like to improve my confidence in clinical decision-making and strengthen my
prioritization skills when managing multiple patient needs. I also want to
continue improving my time management, organization, and efficiency with
documentation while maintaining accuracy. Additionally, I plan to further
strengthen my understanding of disease processes and nursing interventions
through continued study and practice.
Improvement Plan
To continue growing as a nursing student, I plan to dedicate more time to
reviewing course material and completing NCLEX-style practice questions. I
will continue practicing clinical skills and medication calculations to increase
my confidence and accuracy. I will use feedback from faculty to guide my
learning and focus on areas that need improvement. I also plan to maintain a
structured study schedule and seek additional learning opportunities
whenever possible.
Learner Comments
I am thankful for everything I have learned throughout this course. Each
clinical, lab, and classroom experience has helped me grow both personally
and professionally. I know I still have much to learn, but I am proud of the
progress I have made. I appreciate the guidance and support from my
