Ronnie Dailey Liberty University THEO 104 D Professer Lamadue 12/11/ IMAGE OF SALVATION ESSAY INTRODUCTION The concept of salvation is definitely Justification, because it is the part that reflects to our human sins we do on a daily basis. Sin is what God tells us not to do. Sin is done by everyone on a daily basis. No matter if you will admit it or not, it’s just something that comes naturally to human beings. Think about this, Jesus Christ died on a cross for our sins. (1 Peter 2:24 KJV)” Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed “ Sin is clearly stated in the Ten Commandments. When you admit you have sinned you beg God to take your sin away. DEFINITION AND DESCRIPTION OF CHOSEN DOCTRINE, INCLUDING BIBLICAL, THEOLOGICAL AND HISTORICAL CONTOURS One of God’s most loving act of kindness for us is removing the Guilt and Penalty of sin while, at the same time, telling us non-believers to be righteous through faith in Christ’s ultimate sacrifice. Christ’s Ultimate Sacrifice means saving human beings from their Death and separation from God by, Christ’s death and his amazing resurrection on the cross. (Romans 6:8-10 KJV) [8]Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: [9]Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him [10]For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. After dying for our sins came the Justification of God. This Doctrine through history has developed in various religious groups. All of the different Denomination we have now, they all believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins so we could be saved but at the same time it is very important to understand the Doctrine of salvation is a decision that is declared once, without any doubts and no looking back. This a decision that’s believed to be made immediately , but that is, not the case. Declaration is what makes us righteous in the eyes of God and gets rid of all possibilities and wrongdoings against us; as seen Romans 8:33 (KJV) [33]Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. This Doctrine carries the weight of clearing our sins, this means, we are no longer in a state of sin.
Sin comes in many different forms, it can be an action, it can be a thought, it can come in many different ways. The question of sin is that we love sin. Sin is something as human beings do on a regular basis, and then we pray to God asking for his forgiveness. It might seem like a forever and hard process for both no of us the sinful humans and the almighty God, but at the same time, it works for both God and us, if your heart is in the right place with God. First, it is crucial to understand that Justification comes through our faith in Christ. (Romans 3:24-25 KJV) “[24]Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus [25]Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God “ APPLICATION Justification is something that we as human beings hope and pray for everyday. Sin is an obstacle we go through everyday, it comes through us as Temptation. Temptation was tough for Jesus Christ himself, as he dealt with sin in his lifetime. This is something for us, as human beings, should apply into our daily lives, because of the way we live our daily lives, and based on our purpose in life. Justification is something we need to fully understand that all of are not perfect by no means, and only God is the only judge of our actions who forgives us every time. In other words, with Justification, we have to understand, with our beliefs, that God is definitely on our side, which gives us hope and strength to make it through our different purpose in life. Being a Christian, we tend to believe that without redemption there is no forgiveness of our sins that we do. Our relationship with redemption and sin is easy enough for us to find. Because of our sins, Jesus Christ , had to give His life to pay for our sins. The redemption for our sins that , Jesus Christ died for our sins,. All you need to do is accept His gift and His offering. CONCLUSION In conclusion, Justification is our most essential piece with our walk with Christ. It is our statement that we are turning away from our sinful lives and walking with Christ. Acknowledging Jesus Christ as our savior. Because there is plenty of sin in the world to tempt us, we must pray to God everyday and ask for his forgiveness for having sinful thoughts and sinful actions. If you get off path with God and get lost in our sinful world again. Justification is the first step to acknowledging and accepting that God really loves us and by sending his one begotten son to save us all from eternal damnation References : I'm enjoying this Bible app: http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=christian.bible
