FINDINGS

• Increased blood flow to the region of the right upper tibia
• Increased tracer concentration in the same region
• Abnormal tracer uptake in the right proximal tibia, just below the epiphyseal growth plate

IMPRESSION

• Osteomyelitis

FINDINGS

• Increased vascularity in the right knee
• Marked increased tracer uptake in the growth plate of the right femur and, to a lesser extent, of the right tibia
• Reduced distribution of tracer is noted in the remaining growth plates of the pelvis and lower limbs, consistent with a 'sick child syndrome’.

IMPRESSION

• Active inflammation in the right
• Attenuation due to fluid in the knee joint
