tomize their food. So, the managers have to adapt to a fast-paced environment while also keeping
it safe when it comes to open food. Various training methods are used to acclimate employees to
company policies and procedures. The most effective way of training is hands-on. Hands-on con-
sist of on-the-job training, self-directed learning, apprenticeships, and simulations of what a day-

Since the interviewing process has concluded, it is now time to in- corporate training programs. Various training methods will consist of presentation, hands-on, group building, or technology-based training program for the managers. Since new employees are coming in, this why the need to evaluate the different methods. With Beefsteak on the rise, the employees would need the best training to ensure that culture continues down the right path. Training and Development Beefsteak uses the model of fast-casual juggernaut Chipotle, which allows guests to cus- tomize their food. So, the managers have to adapt to a fast-paced environment while also keeping it safe when it comes to open food. Various training methods are used to acclimate employees to company policies and procedures. The most effective way of training is hands-on. Hands-on con- sist of on-the-job training, self-directed learning, apprenticeships, and simulations of what a day- to-day process would look like (Cascio & Aguinis, 2019). Hands-on training methods are consid- ered best adequate because it allows the employees to be engaged and have real-life experiences. The presentation method incorporates training videos that the employee will sit and watch. This method can be beneficial in training a vast number of employees at once. It also allows the em- ployees to do the training on their own time. Adventure learning, team training, action learning, and organizational development are parts of the group building training method. The group building method is suitable for developing teamwork skills, conflict management, and problem- solving. Technology-based training is classroom training that is led by a teacher online. Technol-

ogy-based training is the most commonly used training via technology to get the employee in- volved more and learn at their own pace. Lastly, technique training tailors to the individual; it first considers the information being taught, and the Trainer the technique that best suits informa- tion given. Assess the methods of training and development. The training methods listed above are all ways to get information and processes to em- ployees. However, thru evaluation, it seems that hands-on training is the best method to get em- ployees to retain policies and procures. Employees that engage in hands-on training can learn and receive feedback in real-time. The Trainer can assess if the employee grasps the information and reteach. Studies have shown that retention rates are higher when employees can interact with the Trainer and be actively engaged. The least productive way to give employees information is the presentation method (Palwasha et al.,2018). The presentation method is less beneficial than other methods because employees cannot engage with the Trainer and do not get real-time feed- back. Typically watch a video in their own time without being monitored. The lack of supervi- sion may contribute to the employees missing information or skipping over information. Essential Elements for Measuring Training Outcomes To evaluate new employees, Beefsteak must first assess themselves with the outcomes from the training. Evaluation lets Beefsteak know whether training is working. It will tell Beefsteak if the traying has made people more proficient at what they need to do. Three elements are used to measure the outcome, and the components are essential when evaluating training. Beefsteak needs to have an excellent idea of what you want to measure, you need to have something to reckon with, and you need a way to make the data actionable. Multiple tools can be used to eval- uate, but the best one is s survey. Having the Beefsteak new employees take surveys about the training program, you will only get an honest review of the program. Then what Beefsteak does
