discuss with medical receptionist

Use Case : Register Patient

Actors : Medical receptionist

Purpose : The patient is registered so as to get the information

of the patient

Overview : The info of the patient to be stored is his First

name, Last name, Patient‐ID, his Medical illness etc.

Post Condition : No condition
