Did you ever experience disagreement and conflict with classmates? How did you handle
the situation? How would you rate your skills in handling differences of opinion? Please give an
example that illustrates that skill.
Yes, Talk with the other person and Identify points of agreement and disagreement.
Show them that you stay calm and that you try to understand the other person's
perspective. If the same conflict repeatedly arises in the workplace, take steps to resolve the matter in
an effective way. The best way to deal with such a situation is to identify the exact point of contention and
calmly discuss possible resolutions.
