Tell me more, please. M: How concernedt are you about health? Every decision you make impacts your life. Not only work, study, family or relationships, but also your health. Throughout the day, we tend to make kauntless decisions, renying from what we choose to eat for lunch, what we are going to wear or how a situation can affect or not our mental health. Tell me, have you thought about going to work raiding a bike at least twice a week? Do you know how badly junk food can affect our health if it persists in our laivs? k: To be honest I appreciate your advice but no Thanks. My car is still new, so obviously I don't need neither riding a bike nor walking for my job. On the other hand, I usually eat fast food because I don’t have enough time to cook at home thanks to my job and university. I could be wrong, but it doesn't appear that eating junk food is so dangerous. In the end everyone does it. Isn't that so? M: I disagree with you. Rí-search indicates that staying physically active can help prevent or deley some desizesz. Not only cancers, heart disease and dayabidis, but also relieve depression and improve mood. So, one option could be to go to work, grocery or wherever you go raiding a bike and by this way you can do some exercise and mentein a healthy weight. Also, a bad eating habit can be eliminated from your life if you want. For example, make small changes in your diet and lifestyle to improve your health such as start each day with a nutritious breakfast or buy some fruits to make a fruit salad in case you don't have anything for dinner. k: That would be a good option. I remember when I tried to change my lifestyle but it didn't go well. I used to eat pizza, hamburgers and sodas not only for dinner but breakfast or lunch too. I didn't believe my eating habits could affect my health but I remember when I came down with high blood pressure in a week where I ate junk food everyday. At the beginning I had headaches and I was exhausted all the time. After I found out I had high blood pressure I went to the doctor. Fortunately, I could control it by taking some pills.
M: That must have been difficult. Why don’t you drap in on a nutritionist? Like exercise, your eating habits are often not good if you live and eat alone. It's important for successful aiying to eat foods rich in nutrients and avoid the empty calories in candy and sweets. I'm not altogether sure eating vegetables and fruits remove hunger, but it appears you can reduce the risk of suffering from high blood pressure. That's why you should make an appointment with the nutritionist. K: You must be worried, but calm down. I will try my best. I think a way to start this would be with an app. I remember an app to do exercise, it is called sweat. I will download its ultimate version.
