This new section of the course will allow you to participate by answering specific
questions done by me during the theoretical videos of each session. In this
case, you will find the following questions that I expect you to solve about the
case Vandermark v. Ford Motor Co.:
1. How would you qualify the product at hand? Why?
a) Inherently dangerous product.
b) Imminently dangerous product.
c) Non-imminently dangerous product.
2. If you were Mr. Vandermark’s lawyer? Whom should be sued? Why?
You can sue more than one.
3. Who should be find liable for the injuries sustained by Mr. Vandermark?
4. Can the sealed container exception be invoked? By whom?
5. Will the invoker of the defense be free of liability? Why?
Your participation is voluntary. If you do it, this will be taken into consideration in
the engagement grade. Send your answers through the Aula Global prior
to Friday 28th, 2021 (at 9 am). Limitation: No more than 1 side of the paper.
