Essay:
The first step to apply for some job is send your curriculum.
There are different types of curriculum and most of the people write private information
on them (such as his/her name, gender, age, residence, photo…).
In the other hand there are some people that they don’t write this private information.
The difference between the two types of curriculum is that companies can make
prejudices and they don’t call you to meet in an interview.
On the one hand, the blind curriculum (without any type of private information) makes
that company focus in your qualities and they aren’t going to judge you for your hair or
your age.
Unfortunately they are going to judge you in the interview, but if you arrive to the
interview you can surprise them.
On the other hand, the curriculum with private information can make that you don’t
have the opportunity to show your qualities.
To sum up, I think that blind curriculum is better if you want to be judged by your
qualities and not by your physical.
