Sadly, my last PNMC will be tomorrow. I am very grateful to you all for teaching me
how amazingly an interdisciplinary approach work and how to take commitment to
patients and families to the next level. As a small gesture of thankfulness, I will bring
some pastries to clinic 15 min before starting. As I am afraid I do not have some team
