Composition 2: Describing a house:
This house is perfectly situated in a small and a peaceful town
called Vallada. My house is located just five minutes walk from the
center of town.
It´s a cosy 180-square-metres house. The house has a spacious
living room, a double bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and two
big bathrooms. There is a comfortable terrace, where we have
nice views of the mountains. There is a swimming pool too, but
it’s only for summer because it’s in the garden.
The place where is my house is very quiet and relaxing, and here
there aren’t many places of entertainment. Here there are only
food stores and a gym, but there is a lot of nature where you can
do many different activities. If you want to go for example to the
cinema, you will have to go to Xativa, which is 25km away.
This house is ideal for a family or a couple, who prefer to live more
quietly and relaxed, between the mountains.
