It's not easy persuading people to employ a garden designer because ¡ts something a lot of people think they can do themselves. Three years ago, | started distributing leaflets at the weekends, when most people are doing their gardening. | was able to talk to them in person about their gardens. | got a tot more business that way and it was much better than an ad in the newspaper.
