Simple Present

Affirmative: Subject + verb in present + complement. Negative: Subject + do/does + not + verb + complement. Interrogative: Do/Does + subject + verb + complement +?

Simple Past

Affirmative: Subject + verb in simple past + complement. Negative: Subject + did + not + verb + complement. Interrogative: Did + subject + verb + complement +?

Future Will

Affirmative: Subject + will + verb + complement. Negative: Subject + will + not + verb + complement. Interrogative: Will + subject + verb + complement +?

Future Going To

Affirmative: Subject+ verb to be + going to + verb in simple form + complement. Negative: Subject+ verb to be + not + going to + verb in simple form + complement. Interrogative: Verb to be+ subject + going to + verb in simple form + complement.

Present Perfect

Affirmative: Subject + has/have + verb in past participle + complement. Negative: Subject + has/have + not + verb in past participle + complement. Interrogative: Has/Have + subject + verb in past participle + complement +?

Past Perfect

Affirmative: Subject + had + verb in past participle + time phrase + complement. Negative: Subject + had + not + verb in past participle + time phrase + complement. Interrogative: Had + subject + verb in past participle + time phrase + complement +?

Interrogative: Would + subject + have + verb in past participle + complement + if + subject

Passive Voice in Present

Affirmative: Subject + verb to be in present + verb in past participle + by + agent. Negative: Subject + negative form of the verb to be in present + verb in past participle + by + agent.

Passive Voice in Past

Affirmative: Object + verb to be in past simple + verb in past participle + by + agent. Negative: Object + verb to be in negative and past simple + verb in past participle + by + agent.

Passive Voice in Future

Affirmative: Object + will be + verb in past participle + by + agent. Negative: Object + won't be + verb in past participle + by + agent.

Present Perfect Continuous

Past Perfect Continuous
