The! examination! will! consist! of,! on! the! one! hand,! a! close-book! multiple-choice!
exam! (with! a! minimum! of! 25! questions)! and,! on! the! other! hand,! a! closed-book!
exam!in!which!the!student!will!have!to!answer!at!least!two!essay!questions!on! the!
basic!concepts,!rules!and!principles!of!Property!law.!

The!multiple-choice!exam!will!only!be!available!in!English.!

Students!taking! the! final! exam! are!expected! to! answer! the! essay!questions!using!
exclusively!the!English!language.!!

If! the! final! examination! in! English! is! an! unsurmountable! obstacle! for! any! single!
student! that! was! registered! at! Group! 02,! then! the! student! is! required! to! have! a!
personal!interview! with!the!professor! at!office!room!#!40.116! as!soon!as! possible!
in!order!to!find!out!a! solution!that!would!enable!the!student!to! register!and!to!get!
transferred! to! another! class! group! (G1! or! G3)! with! the! assistance! of!the! Dean’s!
Office!secretaries.!
