BE + VERB IN PAST PARTICIPLE
EXAMPLE:

EXAMPLE: ACT; I didn’t play the piano (PAST) PASS; The piano wasn’t played BY me. EXAMPLE: ACT; I was playing the piano. (PAST CONT) PASS; The piano was being played BY me. EXAMPLE: ACT; I have played the piano for …… (PRESENT PERFECT) PASS; The piano has been played BY me.
EXAMPLE:
