That’s greats news, Valencia is an amazing city to visit.
If i were you, I’d visit in March to live the experience of the Fallas or in June
to enjoy the beach and the sun because it gets too hot. I would advise you
to stay in Ruzafa, it is the best neighborhood and it’s very central.
Visiting the city of arts and sciencies is a must and the first sunday of the
month you don’t have to pay for the ticket because is free, you also can
walk along the turia river and enjoy the nature.
Talking about food, you can’t miss eat Valencian paella, and how about to
try drink horchata with fartons for the breakfast? For clothes you should
bring summer clothes because Valencia is a very humid city and it’s usually
quite hot, besides in fallas the heat when they burn is a lot.
To get around the city, i always take the subway because it’s the fast and
comfortable option to travel.
