Video’s objective
For my video, I wanted to show that a vegan diet is more healthy than an omnivorous
diet. Nowadays many people think that being vegan is wrong because people that are vegan
don’t have the nutrients that they need to be healthy. In my video, I showed that you can be
vegan, have a healthy life and also you support positively the environment and society. Also, I
aim to make people make conscience about the benefits that being vegan has. In the video, I
explain that following a vegan diet may lower some diseases such as diabetes type 2 and some
types of cancer, and it also helps to regulate blood pressure and heart diseases. I think that it is
important to inform people about veganism since, in the future, it may help with the
overpopulation because with a vegan diet a family can eat as well as with an omnivorous diet,
some statistics have shown that the crops that are used to feed animals that we eat occupy
more space than crops that we ingest, thus more land is needed in order to produce crops
which takes land that people can use in order to plant crops for their own benefit. Foods that
vegans can eat such as grains, fruits, vegetables, and seed, occupy a lower land space.
