What can I do to

relax?

You can distract yourself, doing different activities that you like, go out, go to movie theater, go shopping, and preferably do it with the people who are closest to you, your friends, family or couple, all this will help you feel better. The activities that you like, help you relax and enjoy a good time to get out of the routine and can clear you mind, leave aside everything that stresses you in addition to going out or talking with the people who are important for you. Furthermore, that talking with someone about your problems is very relaxing. Practice a hobby, it is a way to spend your free time on something you would like to learn, also develop skills that help in cognitive development, reflexes, analytical thinking and / or strengthens the human body, depending on the type of hobby. A hobby is a fun or entertaining activity in which you spend time with leisure. This has several benefits in physical and mental health, since they produce the secretion of hormones related to well-being such as serotonin and endorphin. What can I do to relax?

On the outside, they may look calm and focused, reading the music and making the precise and practiced movements required. But inside their brains, there's a party going on. It turns out that playing music is the brain's equivalent of a full-body workout, playing a musical instrument engages practically every area of the brain at once, especially the visual, auditory, and motor cortices, simultaneously processing different information astonishingly fast sequences. Did you know that every time musicians play their instruments, they use different parts of the brain at the same time?
