Company (Business) Profile Alianza Avicola SAS was registered in the Camara de Comercio de Bogotá on February 8, 2022, and is a company engaged in the breeding and sale of poultry, production, and sale of eggs. Likewise, the company can carry out any other legal economic activity both in Colombia and abroad, focusing on agro-industrial activities and those that are complemented by the marketing of their products. The company was created with the aim of minimizing a problem that occurs in Colombian agriculture, namely the massive production of eggs of inferior quality due to the use of chemicals in the feeding of laying hens, apart from the monitoring of the feed that is provided to them. For this reason, the company strives to satisfy the needs of its end customers by providing them with high quality, fresh eggs that are optimally treated in the production farms and by correctly distributing its products to consumers (Camara de Comercio, 2022). Founder's business history Eduardo Granada Martinez is a human resources administration specialist, with over 20 years of experience. He has created the Alianza Group, which includes different businesses like: Alianzas temporales, which manages the outsourcing of human resources of big brands like LILIPINK-YOI, Explora, Fiotti, etc; Contructora Alianza, who mostly builds recreation living and has created big projects privately and publicly; and Psicoalianza, which is an online platform specialized in organization psychological tests. In the past he has also had experience with agricultural products, giving him familiarity with the new business. (Granada, 2022)

Own elaboration Business Model Product Description The product that Alianza Avicola SAS offers for export is the red chicken egg (AAA, AA, and Jumbo), which guarantees a minimum of chemicals and a natural production due to the special feed that the chickens receive. It is a fresh and clean egg with all phytosanitary guarantees, ideal for human consumption and without any kind of cracks or crazing, which has undergone a comprehensive process that guarantees the quality of the product. It consists of a smooth shell without deformations, clear translucent without impurities and a uniform yellow yolk.
