Do you think that people your age are addicted to social networking sites

such as Facebook and Instagram?

Social networking is a way to communicate with other people without being with them by internet, and people my age are constantly checking on these or posting pictures of what they are doing in that moment. Actually, not only people my age is addicted to social networking, a lot of old people are addicted too but not as much as we do because they know how much time are spending and do not control technologies that good, so they get stressed and cannot enjoy it. Owing to that we are the generation of the technology, and that includes social networking, so it is a normal thing that we spend a lot of time on these, because technology grew up with us and we are accustomed to use it anytime. To sum up, I consider myself and people my age as social networking addicted but we should reduce the hours that we spend on social networking and use it to do more exercise or study.
