A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DURING PREGNACY
Introduction:
Once pregnant women always must have some lifestyle choices to make that will
help keep your baby as healthy as possible. Every day staying active and always
eating right are important factors, but you should review some of your other daily
habits. Having a baby is beautiful and an interesting process, you learn
something new every day. You usually eat a lot, and sometimes you can't sleep.
Idea 1: Diet in pregnancy
You should eat vegetables and fruits.
You must have a diet with proteins.
You should cut down on bread, soda, and junk food.
You must have five meals a day.
You should drink a lot of water.
You must not consume red meat.
You can’t eat sweets.
Milk is good for having strong bones.
Folic acid is the most important.
You must not consume alcohol and smoke.
You do not have to drink coffee.
Idea 2: Night rest
You should sleep on the left position.
You often stay up until midnight.
Every day it is good to rest for your physical and mental health, it is also
good for the baby.
Often women will have insomnia.
You can listen to relaxing music, read a book or a magazine.
You can buy a special pillow.
Sleeping during the day is good for having energy (30- 60 minutes).
You have to have a relaxing environment.
Idea 3: Exercise physical
You can go for a walk during the day.
Doing yoga is good for your health.
You can go swimming, you enjoy it.
You should go to stretch and exercise classes with your partner.
Every morning you can do meditation to relax.
You should not exercise before going to sleep.
