Introduction Social networks are a social structure that can be represented in the form of one or several graphs, in which the nodes represent individuals (sometimes called actors) and the edges represent relationships between them.
Step 2. Social networks and their uses. (Second week) Write a 40-word-long paragraph (at least 5 - sentence paragraph) to answer the following questions: · What is a social network? Social network are virtual implements made with internet by organizations or people to interact with everybody else · What are the most popular social networks? Most popular social networks are: Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and Instagram. · What did you use social networks for when you were younger? When I was younger, I used to use the social media to communicate with my friends and family. I also researched some things for homework. · What do you use social networks for now? Nowadays I use the social media to keep in touch with friends and family, sharing photos and videos. I also use them to watch the news, to be informed. · Share the paragraph in the forum. Advice: use linkers to connect the sentences. Stage 3. Would you be a Youtuber if you had the opportunity? (Third week) Write a 40-word-long paragraph (at least 5-sentence paragraph) to answer the following questions: · What is Youtube and what do you use it for?
YouTube is a social network, a platform where millions of people can watch and upload videos, subscribe to different channels and interact with others. · What kind of videos would you upload if you were a famous Youtuber? If I were a famous youtuber I would post videos of healthy food and exercises to have a quality life. · What would you do if you were a famous and rich Youtuber? If I were a millionaire influencer I would create restaurants for homeless, I’d also make foundations to rescue animals without home. I’d make schools for kids in poverty that have no access to an education. · Share the paragraph in the forum. Advice: Use linkers to connect the sentences. Step 4. Closing the idea about Social Networks (Fourth week). Write a conclusion paragraph of at least 40 words (at least 5-sentence paragraph) following the directions given: · Give some advice (1 or 2 sentences). · Give your opinion about the correct use of social networks. (1 or 2 sentences). · Organize the ideas in a 40-word-long paragraph. · Share the paragraph in the forum.
My recommendations and advice for the use of social networks are mainly to use secure passwords that do not involve names or dates, on the contrary, that contain characters, uppercase and lowercase.
Conclusions Finally, we managed to understand that social networks are very important tools for this youth period, since it is key for the search and navigation of study and work jobs, they are tools that teach us to have a private configuration so as not to reach be victims of a hack.
